Yes, she did speak very well at TED. Its a very good video! As suggested i have added it to the videos page on the website.

Raymond i have been following and reading about SETI stuff for about 4 years now. I follow this very closely. I read a lot about the in depth science of SETI and the chances of success. After all the science research i have done on this topic, i am now 100% sure that other life exists outside our planet earth. I am 99.9% sure that there are other intelligent creatures on other planets other than planet earth. I'm that confident!

In my mind, the only thing that is debatable is whether SETI@home, or the SETI Institute, or any other organisation can detect other intelligent creatures in the universe during my lifetime.

I would be very glad to see Jill Tarter succeed.
