Technical News 22 Feb 2010 6:36:19 UTCTonight's database problem was caused by a bunch of queries to a certain forum thread hanging. I don't know yet whether this was an accidental or a deliberate denial-of-service attack. Probably accidental, but I'm checking it out anyway.
